Methodology
Our Padel academy has specific program depending on the age of the player, their playing experience and their Padel objectives.
We cover and personalize all stages from first-timers who just want to learn basics and enjoy Padel, to professional players who compete in the Professional Circuit. We provide mentorship , coaching and support to our members at any stage. We also suggest and advise them further development and we enable their achievement.
Methodology by objectives
Love Padel
It will guide the player from first-timer in Padel to be competitive in a regional tournament. This program doesn't depend on participants age.
Our program for first contact is based on a very light learning of Padel basics (elements on the court, grip, strike types, basic technique).
After this course player is able to understand Padel dynamics and join games at a beginner level.
At this stage player knows the basics, enjoys playing it but wants to improve confidence at playing the game.
Player will build confidence through more specific technical exercises and real-game drills.
After completing this course player will experience a development in his level and will abandon the status of beginner.
When a player feels confident and has a solid ground in Padel there are still quick wins that can be applied to boost the performance.
Player will boost efficiency with very detailed technical exercises and quite complex real-game drills.
After this course player will feel extremely confident and he will be able to help other beginner players.
After having acquired a wide-range of Padel skills and good performance level there is still the next level to be faced, competitions.
There are many aspects to learn and practice such as: preparation of tournaments (diet, training plan, setting goals, etc.), holding high level of pressure during the game, facing high competitive opponents, overcome unexpected situations during the tournament, etc. All these aspects are covered in this program.
After this course the player will be qualified to finish top 10 on a regional tournament.
Professional Padel
Dedicated to form Professional Padel Players from the bottom ground to their hatching on the World Padel Tour. Entry requirements are tight to age and skills.
The initiation program participants will get familiar and comfortable with the basics of Padel and its environment, focusing on technique, motricity, agility and socialization.
After this course participant is not yet considered Player but is supposed to have acquired the skills to be built on top.
This stage is considered the second part of the initiation process that enables participants of L1 or new participants to fully understand and enjoy Padel.
Participants will learn how to train with very technical exercises, physical exercise to build physical endurance and they will receive technical explanations and reasoning.
At the end of this program participants will be considered Players with a A2 level. At this point it is important that the Player decides to jump on the next professional level (P1) or modify the target (B1).
At the beginning of this course it is acknowledged for Player and Coach sides to work on a common goal which is build-up a professional career.
The Player will be will embrace deep theoretical and practical knowledge about Padel, will discover what it means to be a Professional Player participating in clinics with examples of professional Players and will train to compete, earning experience in small tournaments.
After this program the player will have a profound Padel knowledge acquiring a C1 level and will be qualified to train the beginner players aleady.
Upon completion of level P1, the Player has to show successful improvement towards professional career since this is the last stage before turning professional.
Main goal of this stage is compete to win. The target will be compete and win at high level tournaments for Juniors before entering the Professional Circuit. Physical condition will boost to the best conditions possible, mental capacity will be highly trained. The Player will receive business and legal advice regarding several subjects such as: rights management, sponsorships, prize management, social media, etc.
After this course the player is qualified as trained Professional Padel Player.
It is now assumed Player became professional therefore the specifics of the trainings as well as the goals will be totally tailored.
